Sterility & Quality
Are your products sterile and individually sealed?
Our sterile transfer pipettes, syringes, and centrifuge tubes are individually wrapped or sealed to maintain sterility until opened. Our non-sterile transfer pipettes are bulk-packed and labelled as non-sterile. Each product listing clearly indicates its sterility status.
How are your sterile products sterilized?
Our 15mL centrifuge tubes, sterile 3mL transfer pipettes, and 1mL Luer lock syringes are sterilized using EO (ethylene oxide) gas.
What does LOT traceable mean?
LOT traceability means every batch of product is assigned a unique LOT number that can be traced back through our supply chain. This is essential for lab compliance, quality control, and audit documentation. LOT information is included with your order.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing, and how can I get a quote?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — there is no minimum order quantity. You can order any amount directly through our store. For large volume orders, we recommend reaching out for bulk pricing.
Shipping
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — we ship Canada-wide with fast domestic fulfillment. All stock is held domestically, so you avoid the delays and customs complications of ordering from US distributors.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship from Canadian stock within 2 business days. Delivery time is additional to order processing and varies by destination and shipping service. See the estimate at checkout.
Do you ship to the US or internationally?
Currently we focus on Canadian orders. If you have an international inquiry, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

What sizes are your transfer pipettes?
Both our sterile and non-sterile transfer pipettes hold 3 mL and are 160 mm long. Sterile pipettes come individually wrapped in packs of 200; non-sterile pipettes come in bulk packs of 400.
What RCF are your centrifuge tubes rated for?
Our 15mL sterile conical centrifuge tubes are rated to 10,000 RCF (× g).
Do your syringes come with needles?

What material are the pipettes and droppers made from?

Are the products autoclavable?
Our sterile products are single-use and not intended for autoclaving. For reusable or autoclavable options, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
