Frequently Asked Questions
Sterility & Quality
Are your products sterile?
Yes — our sterile products (syringes, transfer pipettes, and centrifuge tubes) are individually sealed and sterile. Each product listing clearly indicates its sterility status. Our non-sterile products (such as the 3mL plastic droppers) are labelled accordingly.
What does LOT traceable mean?
LOT traceability means every batch of product is assigned a unique LOT number that can be traced back through our supply chain. This is essential for lab compliance, quality control, and audit documentation. LOT information is included with your order.
Are products individually sealed?
Yes. Our sterile products are individually wrapped and sealed to maintain sterility until point of use, ensuring integrity for sensitive lab, diagnostic, and research applications.

Products
Are your syringes compatible with standard Luer Lock fittings?
Yes. Our 1mL syringes feature a standard Luer Lock connection, compatible with all standard Luer Lock needles and fittings.
What material are the pipettes and droppers made from?
Our transfer pipettes and droppers are made from LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), which is flexible, chemically resistant, and suitable for a wide range of liquids including aqueous solutions, oils, and reagents.
Are the products autoclavable?
Our sterile products are single-use and not intended for autoclaving. For reusable or autoclavable options, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
