Shipping policy

Labtastic ships from stock held in Canada to addresses across Canada.

Processing: Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days if ordered by 4pm EST.

Delivery: Most orders arrive in 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout.

Rates: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 ship at a $20 flat rate, shown at checkout.

Carriers: Canada Post, UPS.

Outside Canada: We focus on Canadian orders. For U.S. or international shipping, email sales@labtastic.ca.

Damaged or short shipments: Email sales@labtastic.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the missing or damaged items.
