Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition with all original packaging intact.

Eligible Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original sealed packaging
  • Free from damage, contamination, or tampering
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • LOT number label must be intact and legible on the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used consumables (syringes, pipettes, centrifuge tubes, droppers, etc.)
  • Items with broken seals or removed from sterile packaging
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items marked as final sale

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened lab consumables.

Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sales@labtastic.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
